Please ensure your child brings packed lunch and snacks (no nuts).

 

Please ensure your child brings plenty of fluids to keep her/him hydrated (no fizzy/energy drinks).

 

Please ensure you child brings footwear appropriate for football - astro trainers and/or moulded football boots. No metal studs/blades are permitted.

Please ensure your child brings shin pads.

 

Please ensures your child brings appropriate clothing for the weather (extra in case change of weather).

Please pack sunscreen for your child if required.

Please download, complete and return consent form upon arrival.

Recommendation

With the camp being 6 hours daily, there will be fatigue especially amongst the younger age groups. While I understand some children and/or parents may wish to attend all week, as a coach our first priority is the health and safety of the children in our care.

 

All  children age 6 (year 2) and over must attend full day. Children ages 4-6 (reception-year 1) who are not part of our development centre programme are to attend half days. Half days are during the morning (9-12pm). We do not offer afternoon half days.

Members in nursery are allowed to book half days and reception are allowed to book full day if they have been in our development centre programme for at least 3 months.

 

Your child must attend at least 3 paid full days (or 4 paid half days) within a week to receive a medal/trophy.

Medals/trophies will be presented on the final day of the camp at 2:45pm at Wandle recreation centre. 

To ensure your child receives a medal please book the final day.

Refund Policy

We offer refund if unable to attend any prepaid booking, if a 72hrs notice is given in advance. With any camp cancellation (by organisation or parent/guardian), refund will be made available equivalent to day/s or week missed.​ Stripe admin fee will be deducted from refund issued  if cancellation is by parent/guardian.
