1 - If a new member, register you and your child/children for FA Number (FAN) at https://secure.thefa.com/fan/UpdateFANDetails.aspx 

• First, parent/guardian need tor register themselves a FAN number. 

• Parent/guardian then need to add their child under their account - click 'add individual'. For safeguarding, players under 18 (minor) cannot have a FAN number without a parent/guardian first registering an account.

 

2 - Download registration form (see below) and complete. - All members

3 - Email completed registration form to club with subject title '(age group and league) Registration Form' - wandsworthlionsfc@outlook.com.

      Members need to attach the following documents along with completed form:

• Passport photo of child/children (head to shoulders, visible face, no hoods or hats) - can be taken and crop with phone. - All members

• A copy of child/children birth certificate or passport (FA or league may required proof of age). - New members only

4 - Make payment after club have confirmed registration. Speak to Dennis for club bank details (registering fee option 1).
